“Where’s the fun?”
“Too corporate – not relevant to me”
and the all-time classic
“It SUCKS”Honest opinions, but not great evaluation. This workshop aims to show that fun and professionalism can and do live in the same programme.
Its back! Silver Service's Black Tie Dinner
Monday, Oct 18 - 6.30pm for 7pm start
About Silver Service
Formed in January 1989, Silver Service is Auckland’s longest running Advanced Toastmasters Club.
The Club is designed for Toastmaster members who have achieved their Competent Communicator/Pathways Level 2, and who are ready for a new challenge! There are opportunities to present advanced speeches, and receive a high level of informed Evaluation from one of our many members who are Distinguished Toastmasters. We offer support, mentoring, fun and fellowship. Most of our members also belong to other Clubs.
We meet every 3rd Monday of the month in a different restaurant or café, at 6.30pm for a 7pm start. Meetings close at 9.30pm.
You are welcome to join us as a Guest – no experience necessary! Come along and enjoy some good food, maybe a glass of wine or beer, and an evening of interesting speeches, great Table Topics, and lots of fun in a relaxed atmosphere.
We also follow the Toastmasters programme and mission – come and check out a different way of membership!
