Especially in this day and age, being able to manage all aspects (plan, promote, facilitate etc.) of an online meeting is important for any leader. I was inspired to do this project on multiple occasions as there is so much to get right! (or wrong as I found haha..). In doing this project I planned and ran an online training session available to anyone interested.
