The target Accessibility standard is WCAG V2.1 (AA).
The target for searching is that all page groups can be found using terms commonly in use by members.
The availability target is that information specific to District 112 is complete, and does not duplicate that on the Toastmasters International site. The latter is treated as a “single source of truth”.

The Zoom Support differs from the Zoom Master role in that its purpose is to provide advice rather than oversee sessions at District events. This may be done via email (zoomhelp@d112tm.org.nz), over the phone, or via a Zoom session. While part of the general IT Support role, it is listed separately to emphasise this is a specific feature.
